Protecting Our Marine Park

Help us preserve Pulau Kapas by following these positive conservation practices.

Best Practices

  • Use reef-safe sunscreen only
  • Maintain 3m distance from turtles and rays
  • Look but don't touch marine life
  • Take all trash back to the mainland
  • Report injured wildlife to your host
  • Respect no-take zones

Please Avoid

Touching or standing on coral, feeding fish, collecting shells, using anchors on reefs, littering, chasing wildlife, using non-reef-safe sunscreen, and fishing in protected zones. Violations may result in fines under the Fisheries Act 1985.
